These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Sentinel Containers LLC ("Sentinel Containers," "we," "us," or "our"). The purchase of products and services is governed separately by our Terms of Sale. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this website.

The website provides information about shipping containers and related products and services, and lets you request quotes and contact us. Product details, pricing, and availability shown on the site are for general information and may change without notice. A quote or price shown on the site is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer; orders are accepted only as described in our Terms of Sale.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data; interfere with or disrupt the website; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; scrape or harvest content except as permitted by law; or use the website to transmit malware. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layouts, and the Sentinel Containers name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. 5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights. 8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Containers LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel Containers LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, you agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you waive any objection to that venue. You and we waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. (If the operating entity's principal place of business is in another state, counsel should align this venue clause accordingly.)

12. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. You and we waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, the Terms of Sale, and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
