Modified / Custom Containers

A modified container starts as a standard dry or high cube unit and gains whatever the job needs: personnel doors, windows, insulation, lining, electrical, HVAC, roll-up fronts, or a full office or retail fit-out. The steel shell does the structure; the modification does the function.

From box to build

Common builds run from simple storage upgrades — shelving, lighting, a personnel door — to container offices, workshops, pop-up shops, and ADU and modular projects. The base unit matters: one-trip containers give the cleanest canvas, and high cubes add the headroom finished interiors need.
