Where flat-pack makes sense
A small crew can unfold and bolt together a flat-pack unit in hours, with no crane needed for the box itself. Insulated wall and roof panels, a steel frame, and pre-cut openings for doors and windows make them quick to fit out — ideal when you need several matching units or have tight delivery access.
The tradeoff: flat-pack buildings aren't ISO shipping containers. They're not built to carry cargo or stack like loaded boxes, and they suit semi-permanent use rather than rough handling.
